Ingredients:
1 medium sized barramundi fish
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 milk, chili sauce
2 milk, tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
A sprig of red chili - finely dimayang
4 cm ginger - finely dimayang
3 cloves garlic - dimayang
Seeds ½ lime
salt to taste
How to cook:
