½ pound shrimp
1 small cans Tomato puree
A thin orange seeds
A tie coriander
1 cup water
Oil adequate
Salt and sugar to taste
Spices GILING:
1 tsp caraway fine
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp coriander
1 large onion pumpkin
1 clove garlic
5 pieces of red onion
5 stalks dried pepper
1 stick lemon grass
For decoration:
½ cup fried onion
1 large onion (cut into round)
A sprig of red pepper (sliced)
1 stalk green pepper (chopped)
Heat oil, Stir ingredients that have been rolled out earlier. Add water, tomato puree and cook until the shrimp boil. Then add the water orange peel, salt, sugar and coriander leaves. Cook until sauce thickens. Finally, add the onion, red pepper, green pepper and garlic fries.
